Re:A couple of questions - 2006/06/16 00:50 Just took a look at sventon, excellent work! The flatten dir feature is pretty cool; the web svn browser we're currently using (trac) doesn't have that. I'm glad you like our app so far!

On to the questions!

#1 - The differ is one we built (thanks again for the compliment ), and it's only exposed so far in the 'Review and Check In' dialog. It diffs WORKING against BASE in this case. At some point in the future we will expose diffing on history stuff too. We've been talking about how to make the 'Review and Check In' dialog be accessible without the checkin portion, but haven't come to a conclusion on how to restructure it. How would *you* like to see it work?

#2 - There isn't a way to disable the polling currently (just added a ticket for that), but you can modify it to be a really long time period for now. You can type the following in a shell to set it to 30 days - "defaults write com.zigzig.ZigVersion ZZOutOfDatePollingInterval 2592000"

#3 - After you connect to a repository, you can check stuff out. ZigVersion keeps track of all the stuff you've checked out, so next time you start up the app and connect to the same repository, it knows which things should be shown as working copies. Yeah, connecting to the root of the repository every time isn't the best thing for some people, and we've been tossing around some ideas on this (yesterday actually). I just added a reminder about this on the wiki page, will keep it in mind when we're working on it.

Thanks again for your feedback and compliments!
