Open With would be good, but drag and drop would be better. I keep up to 3 different versions of filemaker in the dock depending which client I'm at and which version they have, and the standard open with dialog doesn't differentiate between versions, so drag and drop is easier from my POV.
And it's just plain handy, if you wanted to copy to the finder or another app or similar.
As for help, yes that's enough of an answer.
And do you want any crash reports submitted? Where to?
And one last thing, are you able to put an RSS feed in for the forums?
