lol - begging with a nice dose of reality  I read this last night in the midst of drinking (and laughed).... and just now finished up the feature. I've implemented it as a 'sparse tree' instead of the flat list svnX uses. I may later add the option of viewing it as a flat list instead if people like that. Let me know what you think. You can find it as Actions->'Show Changed Files', or add the 'Changed Files' button to your toolbar. The toolbar button has the nice addition of being highlighted when it's on.
