Glad to see you're using the product and needing more features  I've created a ticket for your request, I'm figuring we could add a way to fetch a file when looking at the revisions in the history drawer. Perhaps simply dragging the revision from the history drawer to Finder. Anyway, no promises on how soon this will get done. 
On a side note, the default sorting and saving in the history drawer is done now, so expect that in the next release.
Let us know if you have more feature requests!
