It seems that ZigVersion isn't handling local symlinks correctly. It seems to be resolving them, showing the contents of symlinks folders. This has seemed to lead to conflicts when a symlink points to a version-controlled folder of another working copy. I never had this trouble until switching to ZigVersion (which I totally love, btw!!)
